THE LANGLEY Returns in Remarkable Form

By Nora Hart

A familiar name has returned to the superyacht stage with renewed brilliance. The 62.2-metre THE LANGLEY, originally launched by Aegean Yacht, has emerged from an extensive rebuild that has completely redefined her presence, melding classic craftsmanship with a fresh spirit that feels entirely new.

Completed in 2025, this full-scale transformation is now showcased by TWW Yachts, who said: ‘Rebuilt from the hull up and completed in 2025, THE LANGLEY is a transformed 62m yacht that now blends timeless design with modern superyacht luxury.’ Highlighting one of her standout features, TWW added: ‘Her extensive rebuild included a lengthened hull, fully renewed interiors and deck spaces, upgraded systems, and a newly designed beach club with submersible swim platform, offering the feel of a brand-new vessel.’

With her soft ‘latte’ hull and graceful schooner lines by Yavuz Mete, THE LANGLEY retains her Turkish pedigree while embracing an updated aesthetic from Karatas Yacht Design. Inside, a palette of natural textures, soft tones and ambient lighting sets a calm, elegant mood. The main saloon is open and airy, its panoramic windows flooding the space with light, while the formal dining area flows naturally for effortless entertaining.

Accommodation is arranged for up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed staterooms, plus a flexible seventh cabin suitable for staff or support personnel. The full-beam master suite aft on the lower deck is a true retreat, complete with a king-size bed, owner’s desk, sofa, generous wardrobe space and a spacious en suite. A full-beam VIP forward mirrors this sense of comfort, while two doubles amidships and two versatile triple cabins forward provide flexibility for families.

Life on deck is equally appealing. The sundeck centres around a large Jacuzzi, surrounded by oversized sunpads and multiple lounge and dining areas, complemented by a fully equipped bar and grill. Alfresco dining options extend to both the main and upper decks, where elegant aft seating areas make the most of ocean views.

At sea level, the beach club stands out as a highlight as a versatile, waterside haven complete with space to launch tenders, Jet Skis and Seabobs. Here, days can drift easily between swimming, socialising, and soaking in the views from the submersible swim platform.

Reimagined with a blend of timeless grace and modern innovation, THE LANGLEY now stands as a testament to the enduring allure of classic design, renewed for a new generation of adventurers.
