Three New Superyachts Delivered by Numarine

By Frances Flannagan

Numarine has announced that three new superyachts have been delivered in its XP Series, two built on the 26XP platform and one 37XP, currently the largest model in the Numarine fleet.

37XP

The latest 37XP has been named MAYA, delivering a first-class yachting experience with easily recognisable aesthetics combined with functionality. She features a full displacement steel hull with a composite superstructure and has a gross tonnage of 345.

The 37XP has a range of 6000 nm at 8 knots, aligning it with the world’s best expedition yachts in its class.

MAYA boasts a spacious interior with a number of social areas, the main deck saloon and cabins benefitting from large windows that allow for an abundance of natural light and stunning views. The 37XP can accommodate up to seven guest cabins with a master suite on the main deck.

A large suite on the upper deck can also be used as the master cabin if the Owner prefers, benefitting from direct access to the expansive outside terrace which can be used for outdoor sports, sunbathing or parties. This terrace also serves as a tender storage while underway, able to carry a 9m tender.

The 37XP’s exteriors are a major advantage of the new model, with ample outdoor spaces, including a bathing platform and inside lounge situated at water level located on the aft beach club. Her flybridge also extends almost 10 metres, providing 83 sqm of space.

This model boasts incredible seakeeping capabilities and spectacular stability, perfect for offshore and worldwide cruising, with the 37XP’s efficient displacement hull allowing for maximum performance and comfort onboard.

26XP - Hulls 24 and 25

The 26XP is a displacement yacht with a bulbous bow, featuring a standard layout with four large guest cabins below deck. Hulls 24 and 25 are equipped with solar panels on top to provide energy for hotel loads and 80 kW Lithium batteries, highlighting Numarine’s commitment to sustainable practices.

The design is characterised by modernity, with angular windows and a vertical bow: a nod to the DNA of the larger models in the XP Series which the 26XP replicates in her capabilities however with a smaller draft, meaning she is able to berth in shallow harbours.

The interiors of the 26XP are sophisticated, spacious and refined, with a lavish master suite being a highlight of her design. The master cabin is able to accommodate a dedicated study, a lounge and a bathroom alongside the king-sized bed and ample storage space.

A lot of glass is used in the 26XP’s design, ensuring that the interior is filled with natural light. A floating balcony over the sea is made possible by a section of the saloon windows able to slide open, immersing those on board with stunning seascapes.

This connection to the sea is enhanced in the outside spaces on the main deck, with three settees in the bow forming a private space that offers spectacular views.

The 70 sqm flybridge is a standout feature of the 26XP, with a second console unit, another dining area and a fully-open rear sun lounge. It is big enough to store a 3.5m tender, cultivating an even stronger connection to the environment.

The 26XP is a highly comfortable vessel, with all sources of noise and vibration reduced or eliminated. The displacement version of the model has a maximum speed of 13.5 knots, the efficient hull offering up to 3000 nm at eight knots.

These three deliveries highlight the very best of Numarine designs, with an emphasis placed on sophistication and comfort as well as sustainability. Three more 37XPs are set to be delivered in 2024, whilst the 40MXP is geared up to be launched in 2025, which will be the largest Numarine model when completed.
