Turquoise Launches 76m Hybrid Yacht N2H
Turquoise Yachts has launched N2H, the 76-metre hybrid superyacht formerly known as NB75 Project Arrow, from its outfitting facility in Pendik, Istanbul. The launch marks a notable step for the Turkish yard, which has now delivered its first hybrid yacht, following the recent launch of the 87-metre Project Vento earlier this year.
Built on a platform that combines an exterior by Team For Design; Enrico Gobbi, naval architecture by Turquoise and interiors by H2 Yacht Design, N2H is positioned as a yacht with strong visual identity and a clear emphasis on efficiency, volume and owner-led living.
The yacht’s profile is defined by long, narrow glazing, a sculptural arch above the sun deck and a two-tone blue and white paint scheme that gives the exterior a crisp, streamlined look.
Inside, H2 Yacht Design has taken a deliberately open approach, with floor-to-ceiling glazing, sliding doors and generous headroom of 2.5 to 2.65 metres on the main deck helping to create a brighter, less compartmentalised feel. 'The interior pairs contemporary furniture with a soft, neutral palette. Leather and bronze detailing add warmth, while oak-ribbed walls and ceilings introduce texture.' says Jonny Horsfield, founder of H2 Yacht Design.
What stands out most about N2H is the way the layout supports everyday use rather than just formal entertaining. The upper deck combines another lounge and cinema area with a circular dining space and 180-degree views, while the sun deck is split between a more social aft area with sofas, sunpads and a pool, and a forward dining and lounge zone with a glass windbreak and integrated TV.
There is also a helipad on the bow that doubles as an outdoor cinema, which is exactly the kind of multi-use detail that feels relevant on a yacht of this size. It is a useful reminder that the most interesting superyachts are increasingly those that can shift between purposes easily.
Beyond the styling and layout, the real significance of N2H lies in its propulsion system. It is powered by MTU’s integrated hybrid setup, combining twin MTU 12V4000 M65L diesel engines with a 1.5MW lithium battery bank. That allows the yacht to run at up to 10 knots in battery mode, with extended periods of emission-free operation.
This places Turquoise squarely in the conversation around hybrid efficiency, lower-impact operation and the growing expectation that large yachts should deliver more flexible, quieter running alongside the usual performance benchmarks.
Scheduled for delivery later this year, N2H adds another serious project to Turquoise’s growing portfolio and underlines how quickly hybrid systems are moving from concept to real-world application at the top end of the market.
"N2H was born from a brief to create a true floating villa, with a modern Italian sensibility and a relaxed, residential feel..."
