TWW Yachts Announce Delivery of 64m VSY Superyacht Atomic

TWW Yachts has announced the delivery of 64m VSY superyacht Atomic to her owner. With a distinctive and streamlined exterior penned by none other than Espen Oeino, we caught a glimpse of Atomic’s distinctive blue-grey hull as she prepares to make her maiden journey across the Atlantic. Atomic will make a stop off in the French Riviera town of Cannes before crossing the pond to her new home in Florida.

The construction of the project was handled by TWW Yachts’ New Build division, headed by Jean-Claude Carme. TWW Yachts have revealed that Atomic will be enjoying an adventurous itinerary in the months to come, visiting some of the most remote and sublime dive sites the world has to offer.

TWW's New Build Specialist Jean-Claude Carme, commenting on the delivery, told Superyachts.com: “Delivering Atomic is a very special moment: for the owners, it is the much awaited materialisation of a vision and the promise of uniquely happy times at sea; for the broker, the designers, the build team, it is a great feeling of accomplishment, a commitment fulfilled." Built for making the most out of life at sea, we take a closer look at Atomic’s four decks of decadence.

With an exceptional infinity pool and fire pit on the sundeck aft, Atomic’s new owner will be able to enjoy the height of luxury and comfort no matter where in the world they are. The superyacht accommodates up to 12 guests in six spacious staterooms with 18 crew members onboard. Jean-Claude went on:

"Atomic itself is a very special yacht: I dare say one of the finest ever built in Italy, with a strong design by Espen Oeino, a warm and elegant interior design by Franck Darnet, and a high level of technical specifications. TWW thanks all involved in successfully completing this project. We wish the owners a wonderful time onboard and we will follow and assist with enthusiasm the yacht’s ambitious programme of navigation to the world’s most remote and spectacular dive sites." with a strong design by Espen Oeino, a warm and elegant interior design by Franck Darnet, and a high level of technical specifications. There is more to Atomic than her spectacular amenities, though. This is a modern superyacht at the forefront of technology and engineering, employing innovative solutions such as a Dynamic Positioning system and diesel electric thrusters. This should serve to enhance the balance between aesthetic design and maneuverability. Atomic will be able to reach an impressive top speed of up to 17 knots, and cruise at a speed of 12 knots.
