Videoworks Opens New Cote d’Azur Office

Videoworks has expanded its international service network with the opening of a new office in Cagnes-sur-Mer on the French Cote d’Azur. Videoworks, known for its innovative project fitting superyachts with entertainment and technological systems, will enhance its service capability and after-sales assistance with a new presence in a strategic location.

Videoworks is a global leader in audio/visual, entertainment, IT and home automation systems, and works extensively with luxury superyachts to provide seamless entertainment while on the water. The Italian company’s work on superyachts such as 55m M/Y Severin*s and 50m Race has redefined the way in which entertainment is delivered on superyachts, and the new office will speed up response times as Videoworks expands its international presence.

The Cagnes-sur-Mer office will be the third international location in the Videoworks network, expanding on the company’s already established presence in Italy, the Netherlands and Florida.

Modern superyachts demand advanced levels of in system integration for the enjoyment of guests and the smooth management of Captains and crew. Videoworks installs an array of innovative systems onboard superyachts, from latest generation audio and visual systems to climate control and advanced home automation systems for managing lighting.

Due to the nature of a globalized world, Videoworks has sought to expand its physical presence in order to offer clients the best possible assistance. From the new office in the south of France, Videoworks technicians will be able to conduct a remote diagnosis in the case of audio/video issues and even connect directly to the superyacht’s on-board server. The staff will also be able to provide on-site services to verify, modify and resolve any remaining issues after the initial remote intervention.

The opening of the Cote d’Azur office, which will have its own dedicated 24/7 contact number, signals Videoworks’ commitment to a speedy and efficient after-sales service, looking after its ever-growing international clientele.
