  • Michael W. Crosby
    Michael W. Crosby was born in Massachusetts into a commercial Swordfishing family. He started working on the boats at the age of 12, harpooning on Georges Banks off New England, and Long-lining on the Grand Banks of Newfoundland. After college he joined the USCG and went to Boatswains Mate Class ‘A’ School. Michael was a coxswain and a rescue swimmer at Search & Rescue Stations. Becoming a yacht captain in 1990 and traveling extensively throughout New England, Bahamas’, the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and S.E. Asia. He currently holds a USCG 3000 ton Ocean Master's License. Certified in Advanced First Aid, Advanced Ship-board Firefighting, Celestial Navigation, Advanced Radar Observer with ARPA, Global Marine Distress and Safety Systems, just to name a few!
  • Jeff Horioka
    Jeff grew up in Southern California, enjoying everything ocean life has to offer. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Redland in California. Jeff’s love for travel s took him to England, Ireland, Holland, Jersey (U.K) and Italy, always looking to find a new place to explore. Jeff also worked with a non-profit organization in Rwanda, Africa for 6 months. He moved to Hawaii for a year and worked with Island Divers Hawaii, pursing his dive instructor certification. Jeff recently moved to Florida to become immersed in the yachting industry and since, spent many months chartering in the Bahamas – mainly the Exumas. Jeff enjoys scuba diving, free diving, surfing, wakeboarding, hiking, climbing, traveling, snowboarding, motorcycles, cars and relaxing.
  • Kate Holiday
    Kate was born in Esperance, Western Australia and has spent the majority of her years growing up in Tumby Bay in South Australia. A tiny Seaside town surrounded by hills covered in Barley and wheat crops. It was here she spent her childhood swimming down the jetty, horseback riding and fishing with her dad. In 2003, Kate moved to Broome in Australia’s far North West where she began her yachting career as a cook upon a south sea pearling vessel for the Paspaley Pearling Company. Over the next 4 years she worked throughout the Kimberlie region on many of the fleet’s vessels, working as a cook and a deckhand during the pearl harvest. It was during this time she learned about the wonderful yachting industry. Kate decided to combine her love of all things marine, traveling and her previous hospitality experience working in restaurants, to begin a new career. In 2007 Kate moved to Antibes in France to join her first boat and was fortunate to spend her first year of yachting in many beautiful locations in Turkey, Croatia, Greece, Italy and France. After the Mediterranean season she ventured over to Florida to continue her travels and experience the industry in this part of the world. Combining her experience and knowledge of life on the water, Kate will strive to make your charter experience a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable one.
