    Rob was born and raised in South London, England. He got involved in the yachting scene at the age of 21 and has had over 16 successful years in the industry so far. He started his yachting career as an engineer involved in building and subsequently captaining an 83’ prototype transatlantic world record challenger boat ‘Global 1’ at the age of 24. After the sale of this vessel to the legendary king of yachts ‘Bernie Little’, Rob went with the boat and was one of Mr.Little’s captains for over three years. His last command was on the 133’ triple engined Broward ‘Princess Tina’, the original ‘Pegasus’, owned by one of Mr.Littles best friends George Milidrag another veteran of yachting having owned one yacht or another for over 25 years and became Mr.Milidrags favoirite captain and faithfully served him for over 6 years until the vessel sold in late 2008 due to ill health. Rob has cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, USA, Nova Scotia, Canada and the Great Lakes. Rob has held the coveted MCA 3000 ton Master Class IV license for over 8 years now and in addition is an examiner for the IYT Yachtmaster 200 ton Offshore license. In Rob’s spare time he enjoys heli-snowboarding, skydiving, scuba diving and motorcycle riding.

    John was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa where he spent 8 years as an air traffic controller until a visit to Ft Lauderdale introduced him to the world of yachting. He has worked extensively on various megayachts throughout the Bahamas, Exuma Islands, Caribbean and South Florida. His favorite cruising area is The Exumas due to its tranquil and untouched nature. In addition to water sports, rugby and tennis he has a love for aviation and holds his FAA Private Pilots License.

    Grigory was born in Moscow and was raised in Iceland. He speaks Icelandic, English and French. He began his culinary career in Paris in 1997 where he graduated from the world famous culinary school, “Le Cordon Bleu” mastering French and European cooking. After graduating he started his yachting career in Monaco. He has since become highly knowledgeable in Mediterranean, Asian, American, New World and specialty diet cuisines. Previously Grigory worked on charter yachts SEA WOLF, ALINA, CAPRICA as well as others. In 2001 he took time away from yachting to open a family restaurant in Iceland. He has cruised the waters of the Mediterranean, Atlantic, North Sea and the Caribbean. Grigory enjoys water sports, tennis and snow.

    Born on the west coast of British Columbia Canada Sascha Anderson fell in love with the ocean at an early age. She grew up on a small island located between Vancouver and Vancouver Island called Saltspring. Never having lived further than a half hour drive from the shore line, she decided you can’t get much closer than living and working on a yacht. A trained professional in hairstyling and makeup artistry, as well as many years experience within the hospitality industry has all giving her the realization for proving guests with exceptional service. Growing up boating with friends in the summer times, she loves the outdoors, swimming, water sports, hiking, and snowboarding in the winters. She also loves to dance, photography, write, arts and crafts and cook. Holding an open water PADI certificate she is looking forward to more chances to dive this summer in the Greek Islands.

    Shane was born and raised in Darwin, Australia until he found the ocean calling him at the age of 24 when he discovered the yachting industry. His interest for anything mechanical or electrical led him down the road as an Engineer where his is Currently qualified and operating under a MCA Y3 engineering license. Shane has travelled extensively over the past 8 years from the Arctic circle to Cape Horn through the north and south Atlantic, South Pacific, Mederterrainian, Baltic and Black seas. Previous yachts Shane has worked on include MY Turmoil, Big Roi, Lady Sandals and Sea Ghost. In his spare time Shane enjoys travelling to lesser know destinations through adventure motorcycle riding.

    Charlotte was born in London and raised in Winchester, England. She graduated college and went on to work as an administrator. After three years she became bored and unchallenged and looked around at a more interesting and challenging career. She has been in the industry for three years now as permanent stew on two 60 meter high end yachts with two Atlantic crossings under her belt amongst other things and hasn’t looked back since. She likes books, movies, history, walking, wakeboarding and exploring new places.
  • Katie Lucas

    Katie was born in Colac, Australia and is an outdoor adventurist at heart. She has raced in the “International Super Yacht Regatta” on S/Y KOKOMO in Sardinia, Porto Chervo and has cruised the waters of the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Atlantic Oceans. Katie is a certified scuba diver and holds her NAUI Dive Safety Certificate. She enjoys learning about other cultures and photographing her adventures. In her spare time she enjoys surfing, hiking, Bush Walking and fishing.
