  • Jessica Strunk
    Second Stewardess
Jess is one of 2 Americans onboard, she hails from the "Volunteer State" of Tennessee. Jess's road into yachting, like most of us came in a roundabout way, she put herself through university by working in hotels and restaurants, her Alma Mater was the University of Tennessee, where she Majored in Forensic Anthropology and Spanish and worked in her field of speciality in Peru, South America. Yachting has given her the opportunity to travel and meet new people, but its unlikely that you will have the opportunity to see her using her background in Anthropology and human biology onboard, but one never knows!
  • Kathy Mayola
    Third Stewardess
Kathy comes to us from the exotic islands of the Philippines, where she was an administrative assistant within the University of Southern Philippines. She moved to Europe ten years ago to explore and have new adventures and has been working as a housekeeper in the yachting industry and private residences, shoreside ever since Kathy enjoys traveling, likes to see new places and also likes to read and watch movies. If you’re lucky enough during your stay on board you might get an opportunity to hear her during one of her many famous Karaoke performances.
  • Ron Combs
Ron's influences come from the Midwest, Northern California, and from having spent 6 years working on yachts, predominantly in the Caribbean and Bahamas areas, which has given him an appreciation for the Tropical and Latin cuisines from Mexico to the Bahamas, and everything in between. It was during this time where his love for sourcing fresh local produce and ingredients in his food preparation came to the fore. He now brings that skill with him for his second season in the Mediterranean. Ron welcomes you on board and looks forward to stimulating and tantalizing your taste buds during your stay with us.
  • George Mouton
    Chief Officer
George was raised on a farm close to the Kruger National Park and grew up with an outdoor lifestyle. Once it was time to start paying his own way in the world instead of sponging off his parents he decided to travel to Europe and try his hand at this yachting industry he’d heard so much about. 10 years later he’s still at it and after having worked on numerous motor yachts he now holds a Chief Mate 3000GT license. George is a keen rugby player and diver and is married with a daughter.
