NO STRESS: Rossinavi Launches First Hybrid AI Superyacht

By George Bains

Italian shipyard Rossinavi has celebrated the launch of its latest superyacht project, NO STRESS. A 50-metre superyacht, she features both exterior architecture and interior design by Enrico Gobbi – Team for Design.

Launched from the Viareggio facility, No Stress is Rossinavi’s first hybrid yacht equipped with AI technology. Enrico Gobbi’s Venice-based Team for Design penned the exterior profile and interior styling of this sophisticated full-aluminium sports yacht.

The fast displacement hull is powered by two systems, first two MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesel engines and then also two electric motors powered by both the generators and the battery pack. When in electric mode, the superyacht’s power consumption is managed by an AI system.

The exterior profile of No Stress has been inspired by automotive icons, featuring a slender silhouette and sleek lines that come together to provide a balanced and elegant aesthetic.

The development of high-efficiency vessels has been a priority for Rossinavi in recent years, in collaboration with BluE technology to facilitate more environmentally friendly cruising.

No Stress represents the progress made in this area, with independent two propulsion systems and up to five different operating modes to provide versatility.

“We are very proud to launch our first BluE project,” shared Federico Rossi, Chief Operating Officer of Rossinavi. “No Stress is a hybrid vessel characterised by a strong sporty attitude. It is a high-performance superyacht with dual fuel: diesel and battery.

“Artificial Intelligence allows you to enjoy the electric experience on board to the fullest. This is only the beginning, as this technology will be optimised next year, revealing its fullest expression with the launch of the Sea Cat.”

50m custom superyacht No Stress was commissioned by a private client who engaged with Rossinavi and Gobbi’s teams to create a yacht with spacious interiors that blend with the outdoor areas. This has been achieved through openings on both the hull and superstructure, as well as with the addition of floor to ceiling glass windows.

We look forward to seeing No Stress on the waters and following further updates from Rossinavi as the Tuscan shipyard develops its AI and hybrid technology.
