By George Bains

Northrop & Johnson has announced the sale of 47.85m superyacht TOP FIVE with brokers Sean Doyle and Wes Sanford representing the buyer. TOP FIVE has been renamed MI AMORE and will be immediately available for charter through Northrop & Johnson.

Built by Christensen in 2005, Top Five was recently refitted in 2019 to ensure that she offers luxury amenities in line with today’s high superyacht standards.

Her welcoming interior features classic styling with nuances of contemporary flair, with warm walnut walls and cabinetry complemented by stunning marble inlay and stonework.

As is so commonly demanded by modern owners, Top Five has expansive windows which flood her guest spaces with natural light and provide stunning views to connect with the surrounding environment.

The main salon and skylounge offer ample seating for entertainment and relaxation, while there are formal dining facilities forward of the main salon. Top Five has luxurious accommodation for up to 16 guests in six beautifully appointed staterooms, including a full-beam main deck master suite. The master suite is complete with a king-size bed, his-and-her walk-in closets, and a private study along with a his-and-hers en-suite with Jacuzzi and shower.

The lower deck houses a full-beam VUP stateroom, two queen-bed staterooms and two doubles with Pullmans. Each stateroom is complete with an en-suite bath and state-of-the-art entertainment centres.

Guests can enjoy expansive outdoor living areas which complement the opulent interiors. A large sundeck boasts a jacuzzi, plenty of sunpads and a shaded bar for days well spent under the sun. Top Five also has further sun loungers and al fresco dining on the skylounge aft.
