Pershing Launches Fourth Flagship 140 Yacht

Pershing has announced that the fourth hull of Pershing 140 has hit the water. Sporty in style as well as in performance, this model boasts an impressive top speed of 36 knots whilst offering her Owner the height of luxury onboard, with carefully considered decorative elements throughout.

On April 20th, the fourth hull of Pershing’s fleet flagship was launched: a result of almost 40 years of the Italian yard’s expertise and characterised by innovation, performance and luxurious comfort.

She extends over two main decks and a generous sundeck, brandishing a sleek exterior design that encapsulates the Italian yard’s sporty personality. With a combination of novel design features alongside the typical elements of the hull, such as the two side wings incorporated in the superstructure, the Pershing 140’s uniqueness is showcased.

A variety of customisations have been implemented on the fourth hull; for example, the helm station has been customised to match the colour of the exteriors, with colours and leathers in shades of light grey. The bar cabinet in the lounge has also been moved to the lobby on the starboard side, disappearing completely from view but decorated as though in a VIP area, featuring turquoise lacquering at the Owner’s request.

Her interior design has been personalised with nature-themed decorative panels in the lobby and the lounge, with three-dimensional fabrics of contrasting pale colour shades. This theme has been echoed in the interiors, which contrast black wood with pale-coloured leathers, Pershing’s classic style evident in the soft decor with embossed patterns.

Four guest cabins are located below deck, whilst the master suite can be found on the main deck. This luxurious space has been decorated with a sophisticated and neutral colour palette, alongside bespoke decor featuring an interplay of varying fabrics.

Pershing 140 is the shipyard’s first model to be built in Ancona, the Ferretti Group facility that specialises in steel and aluminium superyachts over 40 metres. She is the result of collaboration between Fulvio de Simoni, Ferretti Group’s Strategic Product committee and the Group Engineering Department.

Pershing 140 has a top speed of 36 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots, highlighting how she is not only sporty in terms of her aesthetics, but also in her impressive performance capabilities.

"Innovation and the pursuit of performance, fine-tuned by almost 40 years of cutting-edge design and luxurious comfort, are combined to perfection in Pershing 140."
